I am a Kripalu-trained teacher bringing yoga to brand new students, I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years and added meditation in 2020.  My journey continued at Kripalu in 2023 where my curiosity for all things yoga deepened.  I have earned my teaching credentials and now hope to share my enthusiasm with new students - often overcoming their healthy skepticism with warmth and humor!
