​Yoga Confidence Series - Four personal class sessions to learn foundational yoga poses and transitions. This series will give you the tools you need to begin local or virtual classes with a positive state of mind and the ability to participate safely.
Yoga Tune Up - Personal instruction session to get (back) in touch with your yoga.
Group Intro Classes - use the Contact form to share your group size and location and I’ll get right back to you.
Invest in Yourself
Personal Classes in your practice space - $70 per 45-minute session for one student; $90 for two students.
Travel Time - $20 per hour if class is more than 7 miles from Larchmont.
If you are of limited means, please ask about my sliding scale pricing.

Payment either in cash or via VENMO or Zelle before the start of class; there is no obligation to complete the 4 class series.
